At Early Rider, we want to ensure your young rider is perfectly matched with their new bike. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Place the bike or accessory back in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent transit damage.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our workshop inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
